About this job

As a (Sr.) Marketing Manager you will

  • Define and execute full product lifecycle strategies (PLCM) from launch to phase-out
  • Develop comprehensive portfolio strategies encompassing positioning, pricing, procedure definitions, and tender combinations
  • Orchestrate the annual marketing plan and resource allocation aligned with business priorities
  • Lead Capital Expenditure Request (CER) planning, budgeting, and timeline management
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis using IMS data and inventory metrics to drive commercial insights
  • Design and execute high-impact medical education programs and KOL engagement strategies
  • Coach and mentor the marketing team to build a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with Sales and Regulatory Affairs (RA) to ensure seamless product launches
  • Drive market access strategies to maximize adoption of surgical solutions
Job Requirement

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Science (MBA preferred)
  • 12–15 years of combined experience in Sales and Marketing within the Hong Kong medical device industry
  • Proven track record in managing diverse portfolios with specific exposure to Endoscopy, Visualization, or Surgical Instruments
  • Demonstrated success in executing marketing strategies and product launches across multiple franchises
  • Strong leadership experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in KOL management and healthcare stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent financial acumen regarding P&L, budgeting, and margin performance
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
